  • Process: Canada Post will verify the age of the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient appears under 25, photo identification will be requested to confirm age.

  • Failure to Verify Age: If age verification fails and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued. The full amount paid will be retained as a restocking fee.

3. Product Defects

  • Definition: A product defect refers to a manufacturing fault that affects the functionality of the item.

  • Reporting: Customers must report any product defects within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the defective item.

4. Final Sale

  • Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than verified product defects.
